Jelling like late day sun in the purple sky.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Congealing, as his eyes slowly lower themselves from their lids<\/strong><\/p>\n

And peer out across the dim atmosphere.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A fog pervades.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He murders someone– in his head.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Scythe thoughts slash from that hedgerow thicket:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A clearing of mind.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only momentary, then back into the brambles:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Picking wild berries along the way.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He hasn’t gotten sick once;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Probably kept him both alive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Surveying the periphery of his burial ground,<\/strong><\/p>\n

He observes unfamiliar skeletons<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 dancing in concentric circles<\/strong><\/p>\n

Around the memory of his mother.<\/strong><\/p>\n

His impaired empiricisms render him<\/strong><\/p>\n

A succession of unreasonable quandaries,<\/strong><\/p>\n

For which he has no solution.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He sharpens his scythe on brainstem whetstone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The mizzle denses,<\/strong><\/p>\n

And he recedes into the filmy scrabble<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 once again.<\/strong><\/p>\n
